Natalia Ratiner, MD, QME

Dr. Natalia Ratiner brings to Bell Medical Center 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation. She has been a certified Independent Medical Examiner in Neurology since December 1989 and a certified Qualified Medical Evaluator since June of 1994. She has been in private practice in Neurology for the past 20 years. In that time, she has been actively involved in clinical practice and medical legal evaluations. She has been board certified in Neurology since October of 1987.

Dr. Ratiner completed her medical education at the Odessa Medical School in Ukraine. After that she was the head of Neurology at Odessa Medical Institute. After moving to the United States, she completed her residency in Neurology at Tulane University of Louisiana Medical Center. She holds membership in the American Academy of Neurology, and the National Headache Foundation, and is also a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association, and the California Medical Association.

Dr. Ratiner lives with her husband in Los Angeles. She has two children and four granddaughters.
